Optimized Performance and Turnkey Solutions for Microarray Hybridizations
| AdvaHyb KITS AH 100 and AHC100 |
 |
The KITS contain all solutions for successful hybridization and washing. The KITS are ready to use for 12 experiments at 42°C. They will help to optimize hybridization kinetics, achieve higher specifity, improve signal to noise ratios and increase reproducibility. The maximum performance is achieved in combination with the ArrayBooster™ / SlideBooster™ .
The AH100 is designed for oligo microarrays. The AHC 100 for cDNA microarrays. Both KITS are powerful tools for laboratories starting with microarrays as well as for advanced users who wish to optimize their protocols. |
Features
• designed for hybridizations at 42 °C • ready to use for 12 experiments • low background • increased signal to noise ratio • high specifity
| AdvaHyb AH 142 and AHC142 Hybridization Buffer |
 |
The AH142 and the AHC 142 are hybridization buffer for successful DNA-microarray experiments. The AH142 is designed for oligo microarrays, the AHC142 for cDNA microarrays. The buffer are ready to use for experiments at 42 °C.

AdvaSpot AT 100 Spotting Buffer |
 |
AdvaSpot™ is a spotting buffer optimized for spotting oligonucleotides (10-70 mers) with and without amino linkers onto Epoxy Slides. For best spotting results we recommend the AdvaSlide (AD100) that has been optimized for AdvaSpot TM. For spot diameters larger than 200 µm we suggest the AT120 spotting buffer.

Features
• DNA-oligo spot diameters between 90 µm and 130 µm • low size variation • high spot homogeneity • low spot to spot variation |
