AdvaSlides™ are optimized substrates for spotting
oligonucleotides (10-70 mers) with and without amino linkers. The
slides are also well suited for spotting unmodified PCR-products. To
guarantee highest slide quality we have established extensive
quality control procedures including measurements of the contact
angle, the fluorescence background as well as complete hybridization
experiments. For best spotting results we recommend the Spotting
Buffer AT100 that has been optimized for AdvaSlides™
